What is the processing time after I place an order?

Ready to ship works such as the prints and embroidery hoops take 2-4 business days to process. Commissioned pieces require 2-4 weeks for production and then an additional 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order please send an email with your order number and a description of the issue to hannah@elorastudio.com and I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

Where does my order get shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Am I able to track my order once it has been shipped?

Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation shipment email with a tracking number.

How long does domestic shipping take?

I currently use Australia Post for all parcel deliveries. If you choose express shipping at checkout the estimate time frame is between 3-8 business days. If you choose standard shipping the estimate time frame is between 7-15 business days. Please note that these are estimations only and are subject to change dependant on Australia Post.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is now available! Please select the international standard shipping option at checkout.

Please note that deliveries outside of Australia may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Elora Studio does not have any control over this and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping has now become available with an estimate time frame between 9-25 business days. Please note that these are estimations only and are subject to change dependant on the postal company.

What currency is used on the Elora Studio website?

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

What if I want to return, exchange or get a refund on an order?

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the item. If this is the case, please email hannah@elorastudio.com with your order number and description of the issue along with photos if needed. I have made every effort to accurately photograph the works but cannot guarantee an exact likeness as seen in the photo as colours may vary across devices.

What if I have a question regarding a wholesale order?

Wholesale ordering can be completed through the Faire online wholesale marketplace. If you require a more specialised order please send an email to hannah@elorastudio.com along with any useful information regarding your wholesale inquiry. I will aim to get back to you and answer any questions you may have as soon as possible.
